Sales Terms

The following sales terms govern the general terms and conditions for the sale of products and services offered by IMEKS Machinery Industry and Trade Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and Pricing
Product prices are valid as indicated on our website or in quotation forms. IMEKS Machinery reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. An order is finalized upon the customer's approval of the quotation and IMEKS Machinery's written acceptance of the order. Prices do not include VAT; unless otherwise stated, shipping, insurance, and installation costs are not included.
2. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms apply within the specified maturity period from the invoice date following order confirmation. Payment method and terms are mutually determined at the time of order. Legal interest will be applied to overdue payments. In the event of payment disputes, IMEKS Machinery reserves the right to suspend delivery or cancel the order.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and will be communicated from the date of order. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and production schedule. Logistics, transportation, and delivery risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier. IMEKS Machinery shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, etc.).
4. Warranty and Returns
IMEKS Machinery products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the standard warranty period, depending on the product group. The warranty is valid under conditions of use in accordance with the user manual. Damage caused by excessive wear, misuse, unauthorized intervention, or maintenance negligence is excluded from warranty coverage. Return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of receiving the goods. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
5. Limitation of Liability
IMEKS Machinery's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, not exceeding the sale price. IMEKS Machinery shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of revenue, or any other consequential damages. The user is responsible for using the products in accordance with the user manual.
6. Right to Amend
IMEKS Machinery reserves the right to modify the sales terms without prior notice. Current sales terms are always available on our website.
